Summer in the City

Yesterday our art club re-started after the Christmas break.
I took in two pieces of paper, knowing that one painting was going to use very wet washes, so whilst it was drying I worked on the second.

This abstract was finished last night, in watercolour and ink, I call it:

Summer in the City

  9. I really like it. I am doing an art quilt challenge this weekend, and the theme is 'architecture'. Seems our great minds are thinking alike--well not really as mine will look nothing like that!

  15. I'm useless at abstracts as I have no imagination, but this is brilliant and the title is perfect.
