(a journey with watercolour and my dog)
Wow! Pat, I really like this! It has a 'mysterious' feel. I think the sky is perfect for the subject too. Can't wait to see it finished!!
Thanks, Sandra xx
Looking quite ghostly Pat? Love the texturing of the trees.
Looks great so far. I'm thrilled how the final result comes out.
It does look a little ghostly at the moment, Beryl - but I know it will change! xx
Thanks, Jutta. Won't be long before its done :) xx
I am loving how this is turning out. His piercing eyes have spotted dinner I think.
You're quite right, he had spotted dinner, Tonya! xx
This gave me a start at first!! But then when I read it was an owl and looked at it closely... I'll tell you, Pat, you are right on the mark! Just last summer, we were at our very old home that needs refurbishing (in a village) when an owl swooped around us - looking much like this fellow - as if to dare us to invade his house! They really are amazing creatures! Looking forward to seeing this painting! Thanks so much for your prayers for Edward! Keep sending them his way, please!Blessings!ann
Glad you think I am spot on Ann, especially as you've seen one eye to eye! Will definitely keep the darling Edward in my prayers xx
Wow! This is going to be quite striking. Those piercing eyes make this painting unforgettable.
Thanks, Christiane xx
Can't wait to see this one completed Pat!
