Paddling my own Canoe



I love the serene feel to this . Water in paintings can be so calm and restful.  Unless of course, you're painting a storm at sea :) 
What about you? Do you like to see paintings with calm waters in them?

    Wow, Pat - Your art work is getting better and better! I really like these mono-colour paintings you are doing.
    I love water in landscape paintings - Calm is my choice. It's soothing to look at and I am currently practicing painting it !

    Definite serenity here and yet with a glint of spirit in the canoe paddler. Count me among those who love calm waters glowing with long sunlight reflections. Your work is very pleasing!
