After Glynis left yesterday - and after the tradesmen left the house too, my darling Missy just needed to have a sleep! It had been an exciting day.
I thought I would take the time to make a couple of little sketches, which I did. Nothing really to show,(which means they were faint pencil and the camera wouldn't pick them up!) - just aide memoires for when and if I come to paint the idea. Both inspired by songs - Neil Diamond's Beautiful Noise and another one from Spandau Ballet's Through the Barricades.
Tomorrow everything should return to normal art wise - as we start back on Wednesday Art Nights again. I am looking forward to it :)

Poor little Missy, she must have been exhausted.

poor nothing! She thoroughly enjoyed herself. She played ball, got a fuss from Glynis, got a few good walks and barked at the tradesmen. Then she had supper before she fell asleep. Wonderful life for a dog :)
