flowers three

Once the centres were in and I was happy, I moved on to the next stage - which was a loose washy background - this helps fix the flowers in place. It will get darkened up quite a bit before the painting is finished.

    I really like this at this point. However I think that a darker background will make the flowers pop a lot more.
    You are really on a roll, Pat! Super work.
