Do you Play?

Circumstances gave me a spare hour yesterday, so I decided to pick up the paints and play.
Very loose and fast and no time to be fussy.
That being said, I really am quite fond of this one :)

Only You

Is taking up your art and just playing with it something that you do?
Or does every thing related to your art have to be done in a serious manner?
I could have stayed serious and done a small part of a pre planned painting, but it was such fun throwing paint around with no attachment to the result.
Fun.. art should be fun, I think. What do you think?
